Actualmente, como o advento das tecnologias e da internet, a educação tem passado por mudanças significativas, contemplando novas formas de ensinar e de aprender. Uma das formas de ensino bastante utilizadas que favorecem a partilha de conhecimentos e a transformação da informação em conhecimento, constituem-se no uso de ambientes virtuais disponíveis em múltiplos formatos, tendo como exemplo, as plataformas de ensino aprendizagem, que obrigatoriamente funcionam de forma online. Considerando, que uma grande parte dos alunos não dispõem de acesso a internet, elaborou-se um CD-ROM como complemento às actividades de um curso denominado “Técnicas de Recepção Online”, oportunizando aos alunos, acederem ao conteúdo anytime e anywhere. Nowadays, with the advent of technology and the Internet, education has contemplated significant changes, including new ways of teaching and learning. One way of teaching most used to promote sharing of knowledge and transformation of information knowledge, is the use of virtual environments available in multiple formats, as an example, the teaching of learning platforms that must operate in line. Considering that a large number of students do not have access to internet, produced by a CD-ROM to complement the activities of a course called “Techniques for Online Receipt”, give opportunities to the students access the content anytime and anywhere.
