Description
As relações de afeto são impactantes no
desenvolvimento biopsicossocial. Através de investigação
qualitativa – um Estudo de Caso, por técnica de entrevista
semiestruturada, pretendeu-se dar voz a 15 profissionais de três
Lares de Infância e Juventude (LIJ's), que diariamente cuidam
de crianças e jovens que passaram por mudança significativa na
relação e na cultura (Braga - Portugal). Não foi possível aceder
aos jovens por impedimento institucional. Em certas situações, os
laços familiares já não existiam. Os técnicos e educadores têm
que ser as suas bases seguras, de forma a ajudar os mais novos,
desde o primeiro contacto, na polícia, na Comissão de Proteção
de Crianças e Jovens (CPCJ), no Instituto de Segurança Social e
na residência. Perguntou-se como criar relacionamentos de afeto:
laços que perduram, depois da saída de instituição. Procurámos
também conhecer a implementação de medidas relacionadas com
os direitos da criança, no que toca a individualidade e a
privacidade, em atenção a infraestruturas de lazer e de estudo.
Essas e outras respostas foram categorizadas com técnica de
Análise de Conteúdo [1] e foram concebidas unidades de
significado. Destacaram-se processos sociocognitivos (como
interações significativas), ajustando ações e mudanças
educacionais de crianças e jovens. Com a Análise de Conteúdo
obtivemos respostas em relação a vínculos, individuação de
menores em LIJ’s, bem como no que respeita o funcionamento
institucional, em termos de acompanhamento. A manutenção de
vínculos seguros com os menores é vista como uma necessidade
primária, sendo o profissional observado como uma pessoa de
referência na vida de jovens únicos e não estigmatizados. Impactful relationships affect the biopsychosocial
development. Through qualitative research – a Case Study, and
by technique of semi-structured interview, we intended to give
voice to 15 professionals of three Homes for Children and Youth
who daily care for children and young people, who have gone
through significant change in the relationship and culture (Braga
- Portugal). Unable to access the youth by institutional
impediment. In certain situations, family ties no longer existed.
From the first contact, technicians and educators have to be their
secure bases in order to help them, the police, the Commission for
Protection of Children and Youth (CPCY), at the Institute for
Social Security, and the Homes. How can we create relationships
of affection: bonds that last, after the departure of the institution.
We also sought to know the implementation of measures related
to children's rights, as regards the individuality and privacy, in
consideration of infrastructure for leisure and study. These and
other responses were categorized by the technique of content
analysis [1] and meaning units were designed. Highlights
included social cognitive processes (such as significant
interactions), adjusting actions and educational changes of
children and youth. With content analysis we observe responses
in relation to bonds, individuation of minors in LIJ's, as well as
regarding the institutional functioning, in terms of monitoring.
The maintenance of safe bonds with minors is seen as a primary
need, professional being observed as a reference person in the
lives of young ones, and not stigmatized.
