Com base no fenómeno inquietante da violência perpetrada por, com e entre crianças em contexto online, surge esta proposta de investigação, de caráter qualitativo e centrada na voz das crianças, que assume como objeto o estudo de fenómenos de violência online a partir das suas histórias. Assim, tendo em conta que a violência online é um fenómeno emergente e preocupante que priva as crianças do direito à segurança, propõe-se uma investigação interventiva que incentive uma reflexão envolvendo a família, a escola e a comunidade em geral, consciencializando para as expressões emergentes deste problema e seu impacto, com vista a encontrar as políticas, as orientações e estratégias que assegurem atitudes de prevenção pró-ativas, assertivas e equilibradas. Based on the disturbing phenomenon of violence perpetrated online by, with and
among children emerges this proposal of research, of qualitative characteristics, focused on the
voice of children, that will study these phenomena of violence in their online stories. So, given
that online violence is an emerging and worrying phenomenon that deprives children of the right
to security, we propose an interventional research that encourages the family, school and
community to reflect together in order to raise awareness and deal with the emerging
expressions of this problem and its impact, to find the policies, guidelines and strategies that
can ensure proactive, assertive and balanced preventive attitudes.
