O autor descreve o caso clínico de um rapaz irrequieto de 6 anos, que fmra diversas dramatiZações suicidárias, sobretudo utilizando cordéis para se enforcar. descrita a sua estrutura psicológica e a sua rede familiar, assim como o tratamento, em psicoterapia analítica, ao longo de 6 meses. 6 feita uma teorização detalhada sobre as dramatizações suicidárias, e o artigo termina com uma nota de informação sobre a situação actual do rapaz, quase 11 anos após a intervenção inicial ABSTRACT: The author describes the clinical picture of an overactive 6 years old boy, who had engaged in several suicidal dramatizations, mostly by using bits of string, in order to hang himself. The author analyses the boy’s psychological structure and the familial network, and describes the treatment, with psychonalytic psychoterapy, for 6 months. A detailed theorization surrounding the suicidal dramatizations is made, and the author ends up the paper with a note of information about the actual state of the boy, almost 11 years after the initiai intervention.
