The interaction between Taylor bubbles rising in stagnant non-Newtonian solutions was studied. Aqueous solutions of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and polyacrylamide (PAA) polymers were used to study the effect of different rheological properties: shear viscosity and viscoelasticity.
