During 16 years 202 patients with leg ulcer have been studied prospectively. Whenever possible, cure has been obtained in ambulatory, which was the main objective. This paper focuses the culture of violence. To analyse this question we participated in an action research project in school context, teaching formal lessons of Civic Education and developing a sociological research not only about school violence practices in classrooms and playgrounds, but also about students' perceptions of school violence and gender violence.
