We report a case of colonic perforation in CT colonography, which was observed in a sigmoid colon segment contained within an inguinal hernia. At surgery, apart from the perforation, a normal large-bowel wall was found. A 74-year-old woman, previously healthy, presented with right upper quadrant pain. She had no history of trauma, surgery, biopsy, or known hepatic disease. On physical examination she had mild tenderness in the right upper quadrant, without hepatosplenomegaly or palpable abdominal masses. Laboratory analyses including liver-associated enzymes were within normal limits.

We report a case of a 43 years old female with a diagnosis of chronic idiopathic hepatitis made by liver biopsy, without alterations on initial radiological examinations. Later ultrasound, showed multiple solid splenic nodules, with a echoic central spot, that were hypovascular in CT. New biopsy confirmed sarcoidosis.

The authors describe a case of a 55 years male, with class II cardiac insufficiency, with a mass in left atrium detected by echocardiography. MR showed a mass with 4cm arising from the interatrial septum, with similar intensity to myocardium on T1, high intensity T2, and intense enhancement after gadolinium.
