The inclusion complexes of 4-X-benzaldehyde guests (X = F, Cl, Br) in alpha-, beta-and gamma-cyclodextrins (alphaCD, betaCD and gammaCD) were prepared and characterized by means of thermogravimetry, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and vibrational spectroscopy.
