A case of Turner syndrome with dilated cardiomyopathy.

A doente encontrava-se em situação de insuficiência cardíaca congestiva devida a cardiomiopatia de tipo dilatado; o seu estudo ecocardiográfico levou a identificação dum trombo intracardíaco. A propósito deste caso fez-se uma breve revisão bibliográfica relativa as doenças associadas ao Síndroma de Turner.
