Gastroduodenal, ileocolic and perianal Crohn's disease.

The authors present a case of Crohn's disease that initially showed common localisations, and later a rare gastro-duodenal involvement. When the definitive diagnosis of the latter was reached there were already signs of obstruction at the exit of the stomach.
