Mestrado em Performance Artística - Dança O presente trabalho investiga os discursos do processo de exclusão e inclusão social da pessoa com deficiência na óptica dos integrantes de uma companhia de Dança Inclusiva, o Grupo Dançando com a Diferença (GDD, Ilha da Madeira, Portugal). Com este intuito, nos apropriamos da teoria de Sawaia (2004) e Jodelet (2004) sobre a dialéctica Exclusão e Inclusão social a fim de correlacioná-la com outros teóricos que apontam a relevância da Arte nas comunidades inclusivas (Amoedo, 2002, 2007; Benjamin, 2002, 2008; Kauffman, 2006). O foco desta investigação direcciona-se sobre as culturas de inclusão e métodos de trabalho do grupo. Como metodologia, nos apropriamos da pesquisa qualitativa (Bogdan & Biklen, 1994; Glat, 2008, Bauer & Gaskell, 2008), com abordagem fenomenológica (Moreira, 2002) e estratégia de Estudo de Caso (Yin, 2005). Reflectimos sobre o fenómeno da Dança Inclusiva e sua interface com o processo de exclusão e inclusão social a partir dos discursos obtidos em entrevistas individuais e registos realizados no diário de campo. Nós tentamos compreender nesta pesquisa, as percepções dos sujeitos, suas atitudes e posturas frente a experiência de dançar num grupo inclusivo. Além disso, buscamos desvelar como se modelam os métodos de trabalho e as culturas de inclusão do GDD, com o propósito de sinalizar se avançam para uma real inclusão dos bailarinos com deficiência no mundo da dança. Os resultados apontaram que o grupo desenvolve culturas inclusivas e métodos de trabalho focados na perspectiva de inclusão e ao mesmo tempo, trabalha constantemente para minimizar os preconceitos a cerca da pessoa com deficiência. This study investigates the discourses of the social exclusion and inclusion’s processes of a person with disabilities from the optics of all members of an Inclusive Dance Company, Group Dancing with a Difference (GDD, Madeira Island, Portugal). For such, we used the theory of Sawaia (2004) and Jodelet (2004) under the dialectic Exclusion, Social Inclusion and Inclusive Dance. Regarding the Inclusive Dance, we focused on the conceptualization of Amoedo (2002, 2007), Benjamin (2002, 2008) and Kauffman (2006). The main focus of this research aims the cultures of inclusion and methods of team works. In the methodology aspects, we have appropriated ourselves on a qualitative research (Bogdan & Biklen, 1994; Glat, 2008, Bauer & Gaskell, 2008), with a phenomenological approach (Moreira, 2002) and Strategy Case Study. (Yin, 2005). We reflected about on the phenomenon of Inclusive Dance and its interface with the process of social exclusion and inclusion from the speeches made in individual interviews and records taken in the field daily. We try to understand this research, the perceptions of individuals, their attitudes and postures against the experience of dancing in a group inclusive. Furthermore, we reveal how to shape the working methods and cultures of inclusion of GDD, aiming to signal to advance to a real inclusion of disabled dancers in the dance world. The results showed that the group is inclusive cultures and working methods focused on an inclusive and at the same time, works hard to minimize the prejudices about the disabled person.
