A Work Project, presented as part of the requirements for the Award of a Masters Degree in Finance from the NOVA – School of Business and Economics This report points out a brief description of a well-known group, whose activities are spread in 19 countries, from an internal as well as external view. Its main business areas are Engineering & Construction, Environment & Services as well as Transport Concessions. Furthermore, the market was also relevant to be analyzed to contextualize the company in its proper markets and industries with its competitors in order to find opportunities of development or divestments to be made for the improvement of the company, to create value for its shareholders, adding value for the company as a whole.
