A Work Project, presented as part of the requirements for the Award of a Masters Degree in Management from the NOVA – School of Business and Economics The purpose of this study was to investigate the exports generated in the geographical area under the management of ANA. Since the company have been increasing, and is not aware how they have been evolving. The analysis was done through an analytical overview over the company and all the activities that occur in the geographical area. Then, interviews were conducted to identify passengers’ major differences among the Portuguese airports. Based on all of the information were designed out-of-the box ideas to increase the level of exports.
