Apresentação em poster Thin films of composites based on a blend of a polymer and carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have the potential to be used in electronic and optoelectronic devices. However, the charge transport through the CNT-polymer films depends on the concentration of CNTs and their arrangement within the polymer matrix. Here we use a mesoscopic model developed by us, based on a dynamical Monte-Carlo method, to simulate the charge transport through CNT-polymer films with a random distribution of CNTs of the same length-radius ratio. The effect of different CNT concentrations on the current density versus the applied bias will be predicted.
