O Orientador e o Estagiário assumem um papel cada vez mais importante na Supervisão pedagógica. Aspectos relacionados com os princípios, conhecimentos, competências, a acção do Pensar/Agir e o desenvolvimento profissional dos Professores influenciam e condicionam cada vez mais o processo de ensino-aprendizagem e a própria supervisão pedagógica. Neste contexto é importante perceber qual o papel do Orientador e o papel do Estagiário, para que o estágio pedagógico seja de desenvolvimento profissional para ambos. Como estagiário no ano lectivo 2009/2010 achei de suma importância perceber melhor estes processos e fazer um pequeno relato da minha experiencia enquanto estagiário. Recorri também a opinião do meu Orientador de Estágio. No meu ponto de vista o estágio foi e será sempre um marco na minha vida profissional e pessoal, foi um caminho longo, com várias dificuldades que tive de ultrapassar, mas hoje reconheço que foi graças a essas mesmas dificuldades que me sinto preparado para encarar o futuro com grande optimismo e profissionalismo. Cabe ao Supervisor/Orientador auxiliar o estagiário a encontrar a melhor forma de tornar o conhecimento adquirido, ao longo da sua formação académica, compreensível e adequado aos seus alunos, importa também que o supervisor incentive sistematicamente o estagiário à reflexão sobre o trabalho realizado e à perspectivação do que irá fazer nas aulas seguintes para que assim o estagiário melhore de dia para dia e aprenda com os seus próprios erros. The Supervisor and the Trainee play an increasingly important role in Didactic Supervision. The teaching-learning process and pedagogical supervision are progressively influenced by the professional development of teachers and other aspects that involve principles, knowledge, skills, and the act of Thinking/Acting. Therefore, it is important to understand the role of the Supervisor and of the Trainee, so that the Teaching Internship my benefit both in professional growth. As an Intern in the 2009/2010 school year, I found it of critical importance to better understand these processes and to report my experience as a Trainee. I also sought the opinion of the Internship Advisor. Accordingly, this internship will forever be a milestone in my professional and personal journey. It was a long road, with various obstacles to overcome, but looking back I realize that those obstacles have prepared me to face the future with great optimism and professionalism.It is the role of the Internship Advisor to guide the Trainee in finding the best way to transform the theoretical knowledge acquired during the formative years into a comprehensive and adequate practical use. It is also important that the Advisor systematically encourages the Intern to reflect on his work, so that the Intern may learn from the experience and improve on a daily basis from the mistakes that were made.
