Atitudes dos alunos face à Educação Física
Description
Este estudo teve como principal propósito, analisar as atitudes dos alunos face à Educação Física, bem como examinar as diferenças de atitudes destes, em função do género, ano de escolaridade e nível socioeconómico. Para o efeito, foram examinados 323 alunos, do ensino básico (6º e 9º ano de escolaridade) e secundário (11º ano de escolaridade), sendo 139 (43%) do sexo masculino e 184 (57%) do feminino. A média das idades é de 14.18 anos. Os indivíduos da amostra responderam a um questionário referente aos dados sociodemográficos e ao Questionário de Atitudes dos Alunos face à Educação Física (QAAEF) que avalia as seguintes dimensões: “gosto dos alunos pela Educação Física e suas matérias, bem como a satisfação/prazer dos mesmos nas aulas dessa disciplina”; “importância da Educação Física” e atitude global. Os resultados mostraram que os alunos, de uma forma geral, têm uma atitude positiva face à Educação Física. No que diz respeito à comparação das atitudes dos alunos face à Educação Física entre os diferentes sexos, verificou-se que o masculino possui uma atitude mais positiva no fator “gosto pela Educação Física e suas matérias” e “satisfação/prazer nas aulas da disciplina”, e na atitude global. Por último, as atitudes dos alunos não variaram em função do ano de escolaridade e nível socioeconómico. The main purpose of this study was to analyze the attitudes of students in relation to physical education and clarify the differences in attitudes, in terms of: gender, grade and socio-economic level. To this end, we studied 323 elementary school students (6th and 9th grade) and secondary (11 th grade), being 139 individuals (43%) male and 184 (57%) were female. The average of age was 14,18 years. The individuals in the sample completed a questionnaire regarding the socio-demographic data and the “Questionário das Atitudes dos Alunos Face à Educação Física (QAAEF)” that assesses the following dimensions: "Like of the students for Physical Education and their matters, as well as the satisfaction / pleasure of the same on the classes of this discipline "," importance of physical education "and overall attitude. Concerning the results, students in general have shown that they have a positive attitude to physical education. Regarding the comparison of students' attitudes in the face of physical education between different sex, it was found that the male has a more positive attitude in the factor "like for Physical Education and its matters" and "satisfaction / pleasure in lessons of this discipline ", and overall attitude. Finally, there were no statistically significant differences between the different years of education and socioeconomic level.
