Relatório de estágio de mestrado, Ciências da Educação (Avaliação em Educação), Universidade de Lisboa, Instituto de Educação, 2010 O presente Relatório insere-se no estágio de natureza profissional do 2º Ciclo de
mestrado em Ciências da Educação, realizado na Direcção-Geral de Inovação e
Desenvolvimento Curricular (DGIDC), e procura dar a conhecer o percurso e
aprendizagens realizadas. Tendo como objectivo nuclear a avaliação de um conjunto de
aspectos do Plano da Matemática, introduzido pelo Ministério da Educação no ano
lectivo 2006/2007, no âmbito Plano de Acção para a Matemática (PAM), o Projecto de
Estágio teve como objecto de estudo dois relatórios elaborados pelas escolas envolvidas
no Plano da Matemática. – o “Relatório Intercalar de Actividades 2008” e o “Relatório
Final 2009”. Em termos metodológicos, atendendo à dimensão do universo optou-se
pela técnica de amostragem. A partir da selecção da amostra procedeu-se à análise
quantitativa e qualitativa das várias dimensões dos Relatórios em análise. Os resultados
desta avaliação demonstraram que, no geral, o Plano foi eficaz no que concerne à
realização dos objectivos enunciados, criando um valor acrescentado significativo à
disciplina de Matemática. Com efeito, apesar dos resultados dos alunos ainda estarem
aquém das expectativas, registaram-se alterações importantes ao nível das práticas
lectivas e das aprendizagens, permitindo construir um novo modo de olhar a disciplina
de Matemática na comunidade educativa em geral. The present report is part of the professional internship of the 2nd cycle of the master in
Ciências da Educaçao, which took place at the Direcçao-Geral de Inovaçao e
Desenvolvimento Curricular (DGIDC), and aims to present the course taken and the
accomplished apprenticeship. Having as a core purpose the evaluation of several aspects
of the Mathematics Plan (Plano da Matemática) introduced by the Ministry of
Education in the school year of 2006/2007 in the scope of the Action Plan for the
Mathematics (PAM), the Internship Project studied two reports formulated by the
schools involved in the Mathematics Plan. – the “Relatório Intercalar de Actividades
2008” and the “Relatorio Final 2009”. Methodologically, and taking into account the
dimension of the universe, the sampling technique was chosen. From the selection of
the sample, the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the several Reports' dimensions
was made. The results of this evaluation showed that, in general, the Plan was effective
on what concerns the achievement of the purposed objectives, adding significative value
to the Mathematics subject. In fact, even though the students’ results are still short of
expected, some important improvements were noticed on the teaching and
apprenticeship practices, allowing the development of a new perspective over
Mathematics in the generality of the educational community.
