Relatório de Estágio de mestrado, Ciências da Educação (Formação de Adultos), Universidade de Lisboa, Instituto de Educação, 2013 O presente trabalho tem por objecto o estágio curricular que foi realizado na
empresa Sonae para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Ciências da Educação, na área da
Formação de Adultos.
A área de intervenção do estágio enquadra-se na Formação Profissional em
contexto empresarial. Este trabalho tem, portanto, como principal objectivo mostrar,
descrever e analisar a dinâmica do estágio no domínio desse tipo de formação.
Ao longo do estágio, integrei um projecto de formação e realizei várias
actividades que incidiram essencialmente na concepção de módulos de formação em
sala e em e-learning.
A realização deste estágio na Direcção de Recursos Humanos da Sonae permitiu
o desenvolvimento de um processo de autoformação através do qual foi possível
compreender como se concebe um dispositivo de formação e como funciona o clima
organizacional numa grande empresa. Simultaneamente articulei essas aprendizagens
com um conjunto de elementos teóricos na área da Formação de Adultos, que foram
adquiridos ao longo da licenciatura e do mestrado.
No primeiro capítulo, abordarei quatro temas de nível teórico: a Educação de
Adultos, a Formação Profissional, a Educação à Distância e o Papel do Formador. No
segundo capítulo, articularei sempre que se afigurar pertinente estes temas com as
actividades que realizei ao longo do estágio. This work will focus in my curricular internship in the Sonae company in order
to obtain the degree of Master in Educational Sciences in the area of Adult’s Education.
The intervention area of this internship is framed within the field of Professional
Education in business context. For that reason, the main goal of this report is to show,
describe and analyze the dynamic of my internship in that type of education.
During the internship, I joined an educational project and made part of many
activities that focused mainly in the elaboration of educational modules to be executed
in classroom and through an e-learning system.
The internship in the Department of Human Resources of Sonae allowed me to
develop a self educational process through which I could understand how an educational
disposal is conceived and how the organizational environment in a big company looks
like. At the same time I articulated that knowledge with a set of theoretical elements in
the area of Adult Education that were acquired during my graduation and my master.
In the first chapter of this report I will discuss four theoretical points: Adult
Education, Professional Education, Long-Distance Education and the Role of the
Educator. In the second chapter I will articulate those theoretical points with the
activities that I did during the internship.
