O presente Relatório pretende descrever o Estágio realizado no âmbito do Curso de Mestrado em Enfermagem e Especialização em Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica, da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, o qual decorreu em três locais distintos, nomeadamente, na UCIP e Serviço de Urgência Geral do HF.E.P.E. e no Bloco Operatório do Hospital da Luz. Este Relatório pretende ainda refletir, criticamente, sobre as atividades desenvolvidas, assim como sobre a aquisição e o desenvolvimento de competências científicas, técnicas, relacionais e humanas, especializadas, na área da Enfermagem Médico-Cirúrgica. Em termos de estrutura, começou-se por caracterizar brevemente os três locais onde se realizaram os Ensinos Clínicos; seguidamente, foram apresentados os objetivos que se pretendeu alcançar e foram descritas as atividades desenvolvidas ao longo do Estágio; em último lugar, refletiu-se sobre as oportunidades de aprendizagem que contribuíram para a aquisição de competências no âmbito da prestação de cuidados à pessoa em situação crítica e à sua família.
Como o Estágio possibilitou uma aprendizagem bidirecional, foram igualmente referidos os contributos deixados pela estagiária junto dos locais dos Ensinos Clínicos, designadamente: um Projeto de Intervenção em Gestão do Risco Clínico, um Poster, Normas de Procedimentos, Ações de Formação, atualização de Guidelines e organização de um Seminário de Enfermagem.
Os Ensinos Clínicos foram uma mais-valia para a estagiária, no sentido em que lhe permitiram alcançar uma prática clínica especializada, em conformidade com os valores e as crenças significativas para a pessoa e para a família. Além disso, o contacto com diferentes realidades sociais e culturais, durante a sua prática clínica, possibilitaram um efetivo enriquecimento pessoal e profissional.
Por fim, importa referir que a estagiária procurou sempre assumir um papel dinamizador no desenvolvimento e no suporte de iniciativas estratégicas que conduzissem à satisfação das necessidades da pessoa em situação crítica. This report pretends to describe the stage performed under the Master's Degree in Nursing and Specialist in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Catholic University of Portugal, which took place in three locations, including PICU and ER General HF.EPE and the Operating Room of Hospital da Luz.
This report also aims to reflect critically on the activities, as well as on the acquisition and development of scientific expertise, technical, relational and human specialized in the area of Medical-Surgical Nursing. In terms of structure, it was first briefly characterize the three places of Clinical Teaching, then, presented the goals that were intended to achieve and describes the activities carried out during the clinical stage, most recently, reflected on the opportunities learning that contributed to the acquisition of skills in the care of the person in critical condition and his family.
How to Stage a possible two-way learning, were also referred to the contributions left by the trainee at the sites of the Clinical Teaching, namely: an Intervention Project in Clinical Risk Management, a poster, Rules of Procedure, Actions Training, updating and Guidelines organization of a seminar of Nursing.
The Clinical Teaching was an added value to the intern, in that enabled him to achieve a clinical practice specializing in accordance with the values and beliefs significant to the person and the family. Furthermore, contact with different social and cultural realities during their clinical practice, allowed an effective personal and professional enrichment. Finally, it should be noted that the trainee has always sought to take a leading role in developing and supporting strategic initiatives that would lead to meeting the needs of the person in critical condition.
