Redes sociais em famílias anónimas: tipos, funções e configurações

Mestrado em Família e Sociedade Este texto apresenta os principais resultados de uma investigação que estudou as redes sociais dos elementos das Famílias Anónimas (FA), o lugar das FA nestas redes e o modo como estas pessoas foram reconfigurando as suas redes. No contexto destas três questões fizeram-se diversas construções ideal-típicas. Na apresentação dos entrevistados lançaram-se cinco tipos de família: paralelo, fusional assimétrico, companheirismo, confluente e associação. Ao falar-se das redes dos elementos das FA discutiram-se ainda cinco tipos de redes que são as redes lassas, casualistas, prováveis, imediatistas e expressivas. Além disso, quando se pensou no lugar das FA, através dos conceitos de bridging e binding, descobriram-se quatro modos de as viver e ver: redes associativas, afínicas, mistas e familistas. Finalmente, construíram-se cinco tipos de reconfigurações das redes: reconfigurações de estigmatização, contingentes, de padrão semi-mantido, de vinculação média e forte. Concluiu-se, usando a construção ideal-típica, que as respostas a estas perguntas passam pela existência de grande hibridez, dependendo contudo dos capitais económicos e culturais que produzem reprodução social. This text analyses the main elements of a research which studied social networks of the elements of Anonymous Families (AF), the place of AF in those networks, and the way people reconfigured their networks across their lives. In the context of these three questions, we made various typical constructions. When presenting the social actors we set out five types of families: parallel, asymmetric fusion, partnership, confluent and association. Concerning the networks of the elements of AF we discussed also five types of networks, which are flabby, casual, probable, immediate, and expressive networks. Moreover, when we thought about the place of AF we discussed the concepts of bridging and binding social capital in AF and we discovered four ways of living with and seeing it: associative, affinity, mixed and familial networks. Finally, thinking about the reconfigurations of the networks we constructed five types too: labelled, contingent, half maintained pattern reconfigurations and reconfigurations of medium and strong linkage. We concluded, using the typical construction, that the answers to these three questions feature a great diversity. However, they depend on the economic and cultural capitals, which produce a social reproduction.
