This study presents results derived from research projects conducted in Portugal and Germany. A comparison is drawn between the opinions and evaluations of Portugal and Germany by Asian and American businessmen and managers who made a business trip to on of these two countries. It is a four sided analysis, but the main concern here lies in the comparison of Portugal and Germany, the different origins of the businessmen interviewed serving to lend more plausability to the findings, if theirs opinions is coincidental.
