The results of a study about the evolution of meanings in the trajectory of drug addicts and drug-crime trajectories are presented and analysed, completing the information and analysis started in a previous paper. Furthermore, there is a discussion of their implications for the psychological intervention with drug addicts, analysing both the influence of meanings and narrative organisation of senses in the orientation of the actions of the individuals, and the role of meanings within the context of psychotherapy. At this level the constructivistic and social constructionism approaches are mentioned, as well as the self-organisation theories, more specifically the autopoietic subject theory. The usefulness of the narrative therapies and the biograme method is stressed. São apresentados e analisados os resultados de um estudo sobre a evolução das significações nas trajectórias de consumidores de drogas e trajectórias droga-crime, completando as informações e análises iniciadas em texto anterior. Procede-se, na sequência, à discussão das suas implicações para a intervenção psicológica junto de toxicodependentes, analisando-se quer a influência das significações e da organização narrativa de sentidos na orientação da acção do sujeito, quer o papel das significações no contexto da psicoterapia. São referidas, a este nível, as abordagens construtivistas e do construcionismo social, assim como as teorias da auto-organização, mais especificamente a teoria do sujeito autopoiético. Destaca-se a utilidade das terapias narrativas e do método do biograma.
