Description
Tourism development in territories outside the main touring circuits and more obvious mass processes has helped to introduce "looks" alerts on the subject of landscape. Among more evident consequences emerges a new rejoice impulse in the theoretical debate and a greater visibility of many of those territories, when raise the interest of tourists. This recognized interest allows Geography to recover some enthusiasm in the landscape debate and, at the same time, verify that in recent years not only various other fields of knowledge have paid good attention to the landscape, as the on-going changes complain contributions from all fields of science. To Geography to return to landscape issue requires implement a processes of revisiting authors and compelling texts among which is put in relief Humboldt and Cosmos when researcher enhance the «enjoyment» in «contemplation of nature». Actually, however, this enjoyment doesn't constitute an exclusive of researcher, is a consequence of new forms of relationship between visitors and the territories, reconstructed with most powerful technological information filters, even looking for the same emotions that animate researchers a few decades ago. To identify the layers that build this knowledge, the relation with the different sensorial perspectives that in sophisticated forms of apprehension of reality constitutes a challenge to Geography in present relation outline between tourism and territory.
