Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar Este relatório de estágio tem como tema a prática pedagógica do educador nos momentos de refeição.
Para isso, a sua principal característica prende-se com a articulação entre os fundamentos teóricos, as minhas crenças e as minhas experiências práticas vividas no período de estágio, tanto em creche como em jardim-de-infância e, por isso, assume-se como um estudo subjetivo.
Este estudo pretendeu compreender o potencial pedagógico dos momentos de refeição, recorrendo ao paradigma interpretativo da investigação em educação e com a metodologia da investigação-ação.
De acordo com o tema, as questões gerais a trabalhar serão as seguintes: Que modalidades de organização das refeições e que modos de intervenção adotam os membros da equipa pedagógica?; a questão da Investigação-Ação é, Como potenciar a organização das refeições e a interação da criança entre si e com a equipa pedagógica?; e por fim alguns dos conceitos que serão abordados, entre outros, o currículo como instrumento regulador da prática, o papel do educador como gestor do currículo, a refeição e os seus destaques nos dois contextos, conceções de autores sobre o tema.
Através dos instrumentos de recolha de dados, foram tecidas algumas interpretações sobre as opiniões dos profissionais incluídos no estudo sobre o tema.
Importa ainda referir que são descritas e interpretadas as minhas intervenções nos locais de estágio em articulação com as Unidades Curriculares do Mestrado.
Por fim, apresento algumas considerações finais sobre o tema e o percurso realizado ao longo deste estudo. This internship report has as its theme the pedagogical practice of the educator in meal times.
For this, its main feature is related to the link between the theoretical foundations, my beliefs and my practical experiences lived during the internship, both in pre-kindergarten and in kindergarten and, therefore, i tis to be assumed as a subjective study.
This study aims to understand the pedagogical potential of meal times, using the interpretive paradigm of research in education and the methodology of investigation-action.
According to the subject, the general questions are: What organizational arrangements for meals and modes of intervention are adopted by the members of the pedagogical team?; the question of Investigation-Action is, How to enhance the organization of meals and the child's interaction with the teaching team?; and finally some of the concepts that will be addressed, among others, the curriculum as regulatory instrument practice, the educator's role as manager of the curriculum, the meal and its highlights in the two contexts, conceptions of authors on the subject .
Through the instruments of data collection, some interpretations were woven on the opinions of professionals included in the study on the subject.
It should also be noted that are described and interpreted my speeches in local internship in conjunction with the Master Course Units.
Finally, I offer some final thoughts on the subject and the route taken throughout this study.
